I love that you used an old bath tub as a planter! I did the same thing with my lettuce, and planted it in an old charcoal grill. I hate throwing things away, and my husband joins right in with me on reusing things like that. I have yet to try that celery trick, I will definitely be doing that today.

There are good days and bad days no matter where you educate your kids, and having the confidence that you are doing what God wants you to do is a great place to start. I've recently started using coconut oil too after reading all the great things it can do for your body. I LOVE it on popcorn with sea salt and I've been putting a tbsp into my smoothies too. So yummy.
I should be more diligent about using it on Silas' skin - his eczema is pretty bad right now. And I didn't know about the cold sore thing either - Micah gets those pretty often.
I love that something that tastes so good is also so good for us :)

I love how you did your menu, Tara and I agree about the soup. We have been doing soup a lot these past few months. This week is the first time I don't have soup on the menu since I'll bet last fall. Good luck with the homeschooling. We did it K-12 for my son and K-7th and 11-12 for may daughter. So glad we did it.
