Dough
2 cups Flour

3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter
(I use frozen and shred it)
3/4 to 1 cup of milk

Mix together dry
add the butter
(use a pastry blender if you don't use frozen)

roll out into a rough square
