My family eats well and we eat fairly clean
I try to limit processed foods
and use lots of vegetables
I just want to keep working on this with my family
and work towards a more Whole Foods eating style

ReplyDeleteI'm with you on the clean eating. I started eating that way myself for the new year, but getting my hubby to switch is another thing... I'll have to make the switch more slowly for him.
