I'm home from a wonderful weekend away at my church retreat.
I had a great relaxing time away for two nights.
I'm now back to reality and back to planning my meals for this week.
MONDAY
My folks are at our house for one more night and have graciously agreed to watch the kids so we can actually have a date night.
I bought a groupon a few months ago for a date night, so we will be using that.
My kids and folks will be having left overs

Our garden buddies are coming over to work on our seedlings. They are vegetarians so I'll hope to make a Quinoa Casserole

ReplyDeleteYour menu sounds delicious! I'm going to have to try your kale, feta, egg bake sometime. Have you ever used spinach instead? That's what we usually have on hand around here.
