Menu Plan Monday


Okay, so last week
we had my folks here
and there was no plan
we managed
no one went hungry
so that is good

Here we go onto
the new week

Monday
it's a holiday Monday here
and mid afternoon
we are meeting friends
for Ice Cream
at the new Cold Stone Creamery
here in town
to celebrate a birthday
so I have no dinner planned
I think it will be popcorn
or something like that

Tuesday
Lentils and Rice with fried Onions
this has been on my menu plan
and I've not gotten to it yet
fingers crossed I will
served with Salad

Wednesday
Homemade Hamburgers
oven fries
cut veggies

Thursday
BBQ Chicken
Pesto Spaghetti
Salad

Friday
Homemade Pizza
cut veggies

Saturday
Ground Beef and Black Bean Burritos
Salad

SundayLinkWe have a large family get together
and it's a potluck
I'm not sure what I'm bring yet
something simple and easy

    Happy Victoria Day! :) I love family get together potlucks. Unfortunately, my family doesn't do them very often. We need to change that... Have a great week!
