Last week
was a very hard week
I had two very sick kiddlets
and that makes them
very cranky
about everything
and the girly
just didn't eat
for a few days
by the end of the week
the kids were feeling better
but it had taken
a toll on me
and I was/am worn down
I'm working hard
to change my attitude
we'll see how
well I do with that
So the menu plan
was not followed
one night we had
ham, avocado and tomatoes on toast
we as in those of us
who were eating
I thought I had a picture
but it seems I don't
know what I'm talking about!
we also did scrambled eggs
I did manage to BBQ some chicken
and other than that
I can't remember what we did
we did order in
we had my in laws one night
and ordered in again
So this week
it's a new week
and I'm going to try again
fingers crossed
Monday
I have to use
the left over BBQ chicken
I think I'll serve it over rice
with some veggies
and a salad
Tuesday
Easy spaghetti
I know my kids will eat it
so there will be no
fighting at the dinner table
I hope anyway
with Salad
Wednesday
Spaghetti Squash bake
of some sort
with salad
Thursday
Homemade Hamburgers
on homemade buns
with salad
I hope I'm not being
to ambitions here
Friday
Spaghetti Bake
from the leftover spaghetti
with a salad
Saturday
from the leftover spaghetti
with a salad
Saturday
Vegetable Soup
with left over buns
Sunday
with left over buns
Sunday
Simple Sunday
what ever we throw together
I'm really praying
that things go better this week
or I might try
to hand in my resignation
