Menu Plan Monday

We have a bit of a different week this week.  My husband is on a course all week so he is actually home EVERY night.  He normally works graveyards 4 nights a week, so this is a treat.   He is always home for dinner however, so really it doesn't affect my menu plan.  I'm just excited about it.
Also, my folks are parking their RV here for a week.  They are back from a few months away.  My dad is a fantastic cook so as a result I try to take advantage of that and have him cook me a few of his favorite dishes so I can freeze them.
Thirdly, I'm gone for TWO nights.  WOW, I can hardly believe it.  Two night at a women's retreat.  I will have some time to reconnect with God and some time on my own.  It's much needed!  I'm  very excited.

  1. Everything looks good on your menu this week. I haven't cooked a turkey since Thanksgiving, I need to do that soon. Have a great week and enjoy your retreat!
