Menu Plan Monday - May 24

GREAT week last week! We didn't eat out once, that is huge for us! HUGE, not even any takeout....this is HUGE for us!

Last Monday we had Coconut Curry Chicken

Tuesday was Ham and Cheese Sliders

Wednesday we had Taco Soup

Thursday we had Black Bean Quesadillas

Friday we had Pizza

Saturday was leftovers...this is big for me, I don't really like leftovers. Normally my hubby takes them all to work so I don't have to worry about them.
Sunday we had cereal as I was out of pancake mix. So I'm on the search this week for a good homemade wholewheat pancake mix.
I had wanted to do all my shopping at the farmers market for this week, but I wasn't organized enough. So next week I might try to do my menu plan up before I go to the farmers market and see if I can manage it. Also, my folks left for a 17 day trip to Israel on a Holy Land tour and so they filled my fridge with their food that would be bad by the time they got home - always nice for my pocket book.

Here goes -

Monday - Chicken Fajitas with some cut veg and fruit

Tuesday - Curry Lentil Dish - I've had this on the menu for weeks and never get to it, I'm really going to try this week - this would be my soup and vegetarian meal for the week

Wednesday - Stuffed Baked Potatoes with Salad and fruit

Thursday - BBQ Chicken Souvlaki with Rice and Cut Veg and fruit

Friday - Fish - BOO - with Rice and Salad and fruit. So not loving fish still, but the things I do for my family

Saturday - Leftovers

Sunday - Pancakes (looking for a new recipe)

My girly is finely feeling better and had a pajama day today but went outside with her brother for a bit

    It's delish and healthy. We usually make waffles with it. I keep it in the freezer.
